When Wanis was founded in 1964, we could never have known how far we’d have come six decades later. To celebrate our sixty years in business, we’re giving £60,000 to support some of the most incredible charities and community groups, namely:
Little Lady Locks– providing free tailored hair solutions for children suffering from hair loss
Javeno McLean– inspirational personal trainer who rehabilitates people with disabilities
The Against Malaria Foundation– providing insect nets to communities in malaria-affected areas of Nigeria
The Guru Nanak Home, India – providing life changing medical care to children with physical disabilities
White Marl and Jose Marti Schools, Jamaica – schools local to our partner factory in Spanish Town, Jamaica
PL8 4U Al-Suffa – a cross-community interfaith charity providing hot meals, companionship, food and clothing to those dealing with financial difficulties
Peckham Pantry – a food club supporting those on low incomes, ensuring they have access to good quality food
Cheques for the grants were presented to the recipients at our recent 60th Celebrations at the Londoner Hotel.

Where the charities and community groups have online donation facilities, we’ve included links to them below. All donations are greatly appreciated.
